We bring social justice and media together by everyone being open to listen and be willing to be equal. Media is a substance or a method in which something is communicated, its basically the vehicle for a message. We can bring the idea of media messages- which are values promoted by the media, to social justice.
Full and equal participation of all age groups in society is what social justice is. To have this we need to have the presence of difference. We can use the media to spread these ideas, social justice is already a large platform, but with the media it could become even bigger.

Developing ideas with my group was informational. We all had similar ideas so we worked together and combined our idea.

Im passionate about violence, its something that is becoming way to common these days, especially among the youth. We are all affected by it, and we don't bring awareness to it then it'll just continue and get worse. We need to be aware of what is happening in our cities and try our best to avoid it and even help stop it.

The way we use adobe premier to cut the clips was a little hard but pretty cool, I want to learn more about editing and cutting clips from videos. I want to learn about editing the video itself and adding stickers and filters on top of it. I also want to learn how to make intros and outs with all of our little faces on it, I think that would be a cute touch to the group project.

Our pitch went pretty well, we could build upon anger and violence and plan ahead of everything we need to create the video.

At first I was nervous about going up to random people and talking to them, but then I got used to it and had fun. I like using the camera, I felt so professional. I also realized its not scary at all to talk to people, everyone was super nice.

Our target audience should be youth. I say this because its the youth that needs to be informed about everything going on in the world. Kids don't watch the news, but they do use their phones and if we make the website pretty and interesting then kids are likely to click through it.

Sheila and I worked on the design elements of the website. It was hard to decide which designs to but and which colors to use but we figured it out and still have a lot to add design wise. I like the concept, we just need to add more to make it look interesting.

The most challenging part of today was figuring out who was going to say what for the PSA. Putting it all into words and thinking of how the PSA should go. We decided on the quotes and how the PSA should go. We all will have our baby pictures and reveal our faces now, essentially were taking to our younger selves.
